I. Download and extract it 
II. Now open Exagear and go inside wined3d folder and copy the windows folder.
III. Now go to drive c and paste it there.
IV. After that go back to wined3d folder and run wined3d.bat and wait for it to finish.

V. And done wined3d is installed.
