Steps-

2.Open joiplay, click on 3dots like icon and press on "import".
3.a new window will open and now go where you have the .rga file now,select the rga file and press "choose".
4.now wait for the extraction to finish.after it finishes, game will be added along with the icon.
5.click on the game icon to start playing.
